I remember well the pencils and pipes in Roald Dahl's Cottage

Thanks to:

My Dad who opened my eyes to his collection of positive books and thoughts all those years ago

Ray Jamieson my Mentor, for his life long support and invaluable advice

Brain storming sessions at the workshop with the Executive Mastamind team.

Anthony Robbins for his insight into transformational vocabulary

Eckhart Tolle for helping to keep the mind in the now

And not forgetting the most positive song of our time: 'Always look on the bright side of life', by Monty Python.

Finally to our four legged friend the dog, who is the most positive being on the planet. No matter what happens, a dog will always come back to you with a wagging tail.

'Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks'

'You are what you think about.'

'Expect excellence.'

Michael J. Fisher

Growing up in an English Rose Garden, I was blessed with many positive experiences. I had not yet been conditioned with a negative mind, so I attracted a lot of positive people and events into my life.

Roald Dahl, Patricia Neal and my best friend Theo Dahl

My best friend was Theo Dahl, son of the author Roald Dahl and Patrica Neal. I spent a lot of time at Gypsy House in Great Missenden Buckinghamshire with the Dahl family and spent nights and days at their home where Roald would tell me the most amazing stories before we went to sleep at night.

In the day time Theo and I would go up to Roald's writer's cottage and ask what the next children's book was going to be about. Roald would sit there with his collection of pencils and pipes. and change the subject because he was always more interested in what we were up to.

Stirling Moss, Ann Bancroft, Sir John Mills and others

I was introduced to the many special visitors who came to Gypsy House over those wonderful years and they made me feel special and important.

Ann Bancroft and Stirling Moss were there quite often, and Stirling enjoyed a swim in the indoor heated pool. Sir John Mills came to our school play as well as Ian Anderson from the band Jethro Tull whose son went to my school.

I remember the wonderful times I had with Theo Dahl, like the time he put on the beatles latest song and both of us danced around the playroom without a care in the world. What a fantastic life it was.

During those days I was given the opportunity by Roald Dahl's wife Patricia Neal to audition for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, but my dyslexia stopped me from being able to read the script.

To Australia and Vincent Price

Many great experiences followed. My parents decided to move to Australia and after that we took a holiday overseas and were invited for dinner with Vincent Price who was filming in Fiji. Wow again, lucky me. So many amazing and positive people still coming into my life.

A Turn Around

Life takes unexpected turns, and at the age of nineteen I went into a coma as a result of a serious car accident.

The surgeons lost me on the operating table. From a distance I watched them and I felt fine. Looking down, I saw the surgeons trying to bring a body back to life. I found myself walking away from all the frantic activity below. I was heading down a tunnel towards a great door which had an amazing gold light shining around its edges. I felt an indescribable feeling of peace. Was I to go through this door or not?

Back on the work bench of the emergency room, they had kick started me again. I came back to earth and that was that.

But the real me had just had a first time experience of who I really was. I learnt that we are really not our bodies, but a positive energy force.

The Secret

The secret is to ask for what you want but ask it in a positive way. The universe wants to give you what you want. But most people stop asking just when it's about to be given. Just before the seed of asking reaches the surface.

A Story

There is a story about a man that is taken to heaven by an angel. When he gets there. He is taken to a great hall. He sees so many gifts - everything you could possibly imagine. So many beautiful things.

He asks the Angel, “what are all these wonderful gifts piled so high in this great hall”? And the Angel answers, ”These are all the things that people asked for. But they stopped asking and believing just when the seeds of their dreams and hopes were about to manifest. The Universe is all before you waiting for the asking”.

And this truth will become clearer to you when you use positive thoughts and affirmations.

IF YOUR REALITY BEGINS WITH YOUR DREAMS, YOUR DREAMS WILL BECOME YOUR REALITY
